Fifteen years after its release, "Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness" by Smashing Pumpkins remains one of the most influential albums in history. Headed by Lorenzo Urciullo - also known as Colapesce, and the person who took it upon himself to coordinate the project - the Sicilian band embarked on a mad quest to pay tribute to Billy Corgan and friends' genius. 26 songs, over two hours of music. A work of sheer, beautiful madness, made possible with the help of over fifty musicians, all selected among their friends and longtime collaborations, who revisited their favourite tracks on the album or worked directly with Albanopower.
